While John McCain and Sarah Palin were campaigning in Blaine, Minn., the campaign of Barack Obama and Joe Biden organized its own rally in Minneapolis. The “Rally to Restore the Economy” overflowed Peavey Plaza with about 2,000 supporters. Mayor R.T Rybak, Rep. Keith Ellison and House Speaker Rep. Margaret Anderson Kelliher slammed McCain on economic issues.
Rybak quipped, “We welcome John McCain and Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin, we are happy she’s here. You know? You can kind of see Canada from here so that pretty much doubles her foreign police experience.”
Ellison fired up the crowd: “Barack Obama stands for the middle class of America. Barack Obama knows what it’s like. You know, Barack Obama and Michele Obama just got done paying off their student loans. Anyone here know what that’s like?”
Rybak introduced Kelliher as “a hockey mom with two kids in hockey.” Kelliher added, “And I wear lipstick too!”

I have heard it said that the wealth does not go away. It just moves around. The wealth is in the pocket of the thin upper 5% of this country. Under the Republican parties tax plan they are most likely unaffected by the current crisis. At a time when many people are struggling to put food on the table let alone keep up with their mortgage. I assure you that the companies CEOs that have been paid RECORD salaries are not curbing their vacations plans this year. This country and not a company. Everyone must pay their fair share. The minute taxes that are incurred on the wealthy do not effect their grocery bill or medical choices. The allowances that have been given to the upper echelon must end. Trickle down? I would say the drain has been intentionally plugged.
We can not afford another term of the same. It would seem that EVERYONE even the so called economic experts are not sure what to do I am much more confidant in a leader that has proven intelligence than a older gentleman that has admitted that he does not really understand the economy.
Palin is arm candy. She has some pretty interesting baggage that we have yet to open.
I find these things troubling:
The Trooper-Gate investigation and the link of Sarah Palin to the Right Wing Religious organization Focus On The Family. Liberty Legal Institute is the legal arm of the Free Market Foundation, a conservative activist group associated with James Dobson’s Focus on the Family. They are now involved in the investigation. (A Sign Of Things To Come?)
In Oct 1996 Palin inquired as to whether Emmons (Wasilla town Liberian) would object to library censorship. Emmons resisted. Palin then raised the possibility that people may circle the library in protest, to which Emmons replied that the American Civil Liberties Union would get involved. Palin backed down. Palin fired Emmons on 1/ 30/1997. The next day she withdrew the firing after an expression of public support for Emmons.
Regarding the bridge to nowhere. In 2006, Palin ran for governor on a “build-the-bridge” in her platform. She urged speedy work on Alaska’s infrastructure projects “while our congressional delegation is in a strong position to assist.“(TED STEVENS) After the bridge received sharp criticism from John McCain and other congressional members she backed down.
Palins lack of curiosity about the world and international affairs.
Ms. Palin first applied for a passport last year.
Her lack of experience
Given McCains health issues and age Ms. Palin could in deed become the President of the United States.

I have turned off my hate against BO, it was tearing me apart, but I won’t sit by and vote for him because of his socialistic views. I won’t vote for him because he has changed every position possible from drilling to the war in Iraq. He is inconsistent. He has no experience and he is surrounded by evil people that care nothing about America and only themselves. He too has done absolutely NOTHING for this country. Him or his wife. While some can go to his webpage and copy and paste all the bills that he voted “PRESENT” on, big deal. He’s never written one piece of legislation in his life. The only thing he “may” have written are two memoires …I wouldn’t put it past this fake to have had a ghost writer write them and take credit for it.
I never met a candidate that has more excuses about his his friends, associations, etc. He’d throw his mother under the bus to get elected. His 20 year friendship with Rev. Wright? What happened? He said he’d never depart from his side, but what did he do? Wright was flattened by the bus.
So you people, that are his sheeple, white apologists, vote for your candidate because other than being black, he has NOTHING to offer this country than to take your guilt and turn it into a vote.

How much of the Obamas student loans was for credit card payments and items unrelated to educational expenses. Perhaps if Michelle hadn’t spent $10,000.00 a year on ballet and drama lessons for their two daughters, the student loans could have been paid off much earlier!
She seems to resent having to pay them at all yet lives in a million dollar mansion that she and her husband got at a steal from a criminal!
Michelle Obama truly feels she is something special, just like Barrack.

When John McCain had an opportunity to help millions of Americans improve their quality of life by voting for an increase in minimum wage. John McCain voted no, nothing, nada for you 18 times in 26 years – he just says SCREW YOU!
John McCain has a zero voting record on equal pay for equal work. he just says SCREW YOU to working women.
When Americans are loosing jobs to foreign countries – John McCain says I have a job –SCREW YOU.
When million’s of American families are loosing the only home they have, John McCain says I have seven homes – SCREW YOU!
In April 2006 John McCain was one of only 13 Senators to vote against $430,000,000 for the Department of Veteran Affairs for Medical Services for outpatient care and treatment for veterans. John McCain said I do not need the VA I have the Senate health Insurance – SCREW YOU!
